The service was top-notch during check-in and throughout our stay, making everything effortless. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. While the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions, my experience with check-in and the room quality was disappointing. Although the club lounge staff were fantastic, I found the amenities and services lacking in certain areas, which was not ideal for a hotel at this price point.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was in a wonderful location right across from Hyde Park, and the service I received was absolutely top-notch. The upgrade to a suite with a terrace was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious. However, I did find there were limited charging options near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great experience that I'm looking forward to repeating!
