central location comfortable bedding spacious room great sauna
I liked the central location and the accessibility it provides. Bedding was comfy and the room, spacious. The pool was great after a warm day and I loved the sauna. I really enjoyed the experience.
I noticed a tiny stain on a corner of the carpet in the bedroom but otherwise I loved the stay.

fantastic stay.
cute sofa good shower soap juice option
the room was spacious. it included a cute sofa. the bathroom features good shower soaps. i enjoyed the satisfying breakfast options. the pressed juice option were cool.
the air conditioning did not work well for the entire stay. i had a room with no view and little natural light. the minibar was empty.

My room featured a proper-sized bathtub and a small couch. This was nice. I found the gym and pool facilities convenient. I was happy. The staff behaved very friendly and professional .
The hotel charged several extra fees . The cost to park was $60 daily. I was not informed of these fees upfront. The horrible city view consisted of a wall in an alley.

confusing process dated decor
the breakfast was quite satisfactory. the selection was extensive, covering various tastes.
The check-in process lacked clarity. i was asked to pay the full amount upfront including a bond. this created confusion as i was later asked to pay again for in-room dining. I found communication regarding payment procedures inadequate and troublesome, the room showed evident signs of wear. the decor felt dated. I expected a higher standard of maintenance
